This was the first race after the six week summer break, and five of the six cars registered for the 2008 season showed up.  Kmieczak racing however was debuting a brand new to the Jug Camaro Super Stock this day.  Due to minor teething problems the car only made one race and didn't finish that, but from the looks of it this car has tremendous potential, and Kmieczak Racing has had lots of success in the past with far less impressive equipment.  Car 24 once again had rear suspension problems hampering his racing all day. No feature were run because car 21 was the only one still running after the third B heat.  85 had blown motor, 81 lost an axle bearing, 24 broke both rear upper control arms, and 15 lost it's power steering.
